RMS SWLA
artist.jpg

Rosalie was born in South Africa and makes regular return visits. There she watches quietly with patience and respect, Rhinos suckling their young, an Aardvark trundling along in the night hours, Elephants no used only when she comes too close.

An Elected member of the Society of Wildlife Artists and the Society of Women Artists, Rosalie has exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. Her silver Hippo, Otter and Sea lion have been auctioned at Christies.

Rosalie has twice received an award for her sculpture of a Grebe and later for her sculpture of a young Deer. This recently followed by the Antony J Lester Art Critic Award for her bronze sculpture, Gorilla Mother and Baby. Many prestigious galleries in London, including Cork Street, have exhibited Rosalie's work, currently examples of her sculpture can be seen at any time at the Lwellyn Alexander Gallery in Waterloo and the Cricket Fine Art, Thirteen Langdon Street Gallery in Chelsea.
