Kate is an award-winning professional painter from the Lake District, in 2021 she relocated and is now based on the Solway Coast in Southwest Scotland.

Obviously, Kate’s location hugely influences her subject matter but equally her other passion is narrative painting developed from life experiences and her love of the human form.

• She is an elected member of the Society of Women Artists and a retired member of The Lakes Artists Society.

• Her work is held in both private and public collections throughout the UK and internationally.

• In London Kate exhibits regularly  at The Mall Galleries

• In Scotland she exhibits at  The Whitehouse Gallery, Kirkcudbright, Morningside Gallery -Edinburgh, the Edinburgh Art Fair and occassionally at The Scottish Royal Academy.

• Kate’s studio is open by appointment and for Open studio events.
