Kayla lives and paints in the beautiful countryside of Wicklow, Ireland. She loves bringing to life the spirit and beauty of every day things on the canvas. Each painting is a little conversation between her and those special characters.

All her oil paintings are done using an alla prima technique, which means the paint stays thick and lively with lots of texture. Kayla prefers high-key paintings with lots of wonderful colour and love.
