Christine became a professional artist 20 years ago and was elected a full member of the Society of Women Artists in 1996. She has won the President’s & Vice President’s Award on two occasions. Over the years, her work has been exhibited in many prestigious galleries and is held in private collections in the U.K. and in various parts of the world, notably the Middle East. Over the years, Christine has built an enviable reputation as a Still Life artist, often including modern subject matter in her compositions, as well as more traditional ‘set pieces’. Landscapes, townscapes and gardens also feature in her repertoire. Christine has a studio in Gloucestershire, where she paints and runs courses. She also visits art societies and other organizations to teach or demonstrate. As a highly experienced tutor, she is much in demand and tutors painting holidays in many parts of Europe, India, Cuba and Morocco, with Authentic Adventures and at Marlborough College Summer School.
