Born in 1954, the self taught artist has been painting professionally since 1978.

She works in watercolour and gouache, and her miniature paintings are on vellum produced at the UK's only commercial parchment works in her home town of Newport Pagnell. An elected Member of the SWA and the Royal Miniature Society, Debby has won numerous awards for her work including the Alexander Gallery Award, the HRH Princess Michael of Kent Award, twice winner of the Llewellyn Alexander Certificate of Excellence and also their Masters Award, and the RMS Group Award for the best set of six miniatures. Debby has been a long standing Council Member and was Honorary Secretary for many years.
