ELIZABETH A MAKIN BRADSHAW

Based in Sandhurst Berkshire, Elizabeth studied at Twickenham College of Art and Design in the 1970's, achieving first class Hons and worked in the advertising industry for several years as an illustrator/visualizer, in 1985 she began to paint full time.

A member of the society of Women Artists since 1999, committed to a broad spectrum of two dimensional media and experienced at giving private tuition. An accomplished artist in Watercolour mixed media oil and etching, and recognized for her, colorful, original and varied styles. Her inspiration comes from a variety of sources including nature, man made objects, landscapes, and fantasy. Woven interlocking watercolours full of mysterious shadows and sparkling highlights that create a sense of rhythm and movement are one of Elizabeth's specialties.
